Booking Process
Consultation
After gathering all the details about your event, including the date, venue, and your vision, we'll arrange a meeting either in person, via Zoom, or over the phone. We will discuss the specifics together and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Proposal
We'll create a custom proposal; we can adjust it to make it absolutely perfect.
Booking
After confirming all details, we sign the contract and take a 20% deposit to secure your date. We typically finalize arrangements 60 days prior to your event, with the remaining balance due at that time.
Event Day
We'll arrive at the venue at the scheduled time to set everything up. After the event, we'll return for rental items and cleanup if necessary.
