We are committed to your happiness and will try to resolve any issue, which may include replacing the original arrangement, providing a gift card, or offering a partial or full refund. -
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day before the delivery. Cancellations on the day of delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. - Changes to Orders: For order modifications, please contact us directly via phone or text promptly.
