The shape may vary, so please include your occasion and any specific text requests in the delivery instructions. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If we're unable to fulfill your specific request, we will provide a balloon in a color that complements the flowers.

Delivery and Returns
- We deliver daily 9 AM - 7 PM. For same-day delivery simply place your order by 11am. If you need expedited delivery after 11am that day, please call or text us at (774) 368-0508.
- While we strive to meet specific delivery times, we can't guarantee them. Please provide any special delivery instructions during checkout.
- If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement in a secure spot on the front porch, weather permitting. If no safe location is available, we will contact the SENDER to resolve the situation or rearrange delivery.
- The sender will receive a text or email delivery confirmation.
- Jolie Flower Shop is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the sender. Please verify the recipient's address and ensure they are available at the location.
