Delivery and Pickup

  • We deliver all across Cape Cod daily 9 AM - 7 PM. For same-day delivery simply place your order by 11am. If you need expedited delivery after 11am that day, please call or text us at (774) 368-0508.
  • While we strive to meet specific delivery times, we can't guarantee them. Please provide any special delivery instructions during checkout.
  • If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement in a secure spot on the front porch, weather permitting. If no safe location is available, we will contact the SENDER to resolve the situation or rearrange delivery.
  • The sender will receive a text or email delivery confirmation.
  • Jolie Flower Shop is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the sender. Please verify the recipient's address and ensure they are available at the location.

Returns

  • Satisfaction Guarantee:
    If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (774)368-0508. We are committed to your happiness and will try to resolve any issue.
  • Cancellations:
    Orders can be canceled free of charge up to one day before the delivery. Cancellations on the day of delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Changes to Orders: For order modifications, please contact us directly via phone or text promptly.
  • Style and Seasonal Variations: Refunds are not available for substitutions due to seasonal
    availability or style preferences, provided they match our advertised style. Substitutions may occur based on market conditions, but we ensure the overall style and color scheme remains consistent.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    Refunds will not be issued if the recipient refuses the delivery or if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender. Please ensure that all recipient details are correct at the time of ordering.

Flower Care

  • Fresh Cut: Trim the stems at an angle before placing them in water and remove any leaves below the waterline.
  • Clean Water: Use clean water and a clean vase to prevent bacterial growth.
  • Change Water: Replace the water
    every 2 days and re-trim the stems.
  • Feed Them: Add flower food when you change water!
  • Avoid Heat: Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Place the vase in a cool area.
  • Remove Faded Flowers:
    Remove any faded flowers from the arrangement to keep it looking fresh.
