Delivery and Returns

Choose from two delivery windows daily: 8 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 7 PM. Select your preferred time and date via our convenient delivery date picker in the cart, then proceed to checkout.
While we strive to meet specific delivery times, we can't guarantee them. Please provide any special delivery instructions during checkout.
If the recipient is not home, we will leave the order in a secure spot on the front porch, weather permitting. If no safe location is available, we will contact the SENDER to resolve the situation or rearrange delivery.
The sender will receive a text or email delivery confirmation.
