Delivery and Pickup

  • We deliver daily 10 AM - 6 PM. For same-day delivery simply place your order by 1pm. If you need expedited delivery after 1pm that day, please call or text us at (774) 368-0508.
  • Please call at (774)368-0508 to place an order for pick up.
  • While we strive to meet specific delivery times, we can't guarantee them. Please provide any special delivery instructions during checkout.
  • If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement in a secure spot on the front porch, weather permitting. If no safe location is available, we will contact the SENDER to resolve the situation or rearrange delivery.
  • The sender will receive a text or email delivery confirmation.
  • Jolie Flower Shop is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the sender. Please verify the recipient's address and ensure they are available at the location.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Cancellations:
    Orders can be canceled free of charge up to one day before the delivery. Cancellations on the day of delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
